The Mission

AccommoDental is on a mission to deliver dental care across Western New York to patients who are best-served at home.

Every person needs oral care, yet traditional dental office settings cannot meet the individualized needs of every individual.

People with limited mobility, cognitive impairment, emotional limitations, phobias, or special needs could benefit from an accommodating, visiting dental professional suited to meet their needs.

The Dentist

Dr. Ashleigh Robinson

Dr. Robinson (formerly Maciejewski) was born and raised in Buffalo and cares deeply for the patients of Western New York. She has experience treating patients in their homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, private practices, and community health centers. Dr. Robinson is committed to improving access to dental care.

She hopes to encourage other dentists to offer dental home care on her podcast, the ResiDENTAL Movement.

Dr. Robinson is a graduate of Canisius College, UB School of Dental Medicine, and ECMC's residency program.  Buffalo Business First named Dr. Robinson a 30 Under 30 Award winner in 2022 and she was named a Fellow in the American College of Dentists in 2023.  Dr. Robinson is a member of the Special Care Dental Association, Eighth District Dental Society, New York State Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

"My reflections on the visit were: relief that we had finally found some help for the problem, comforted by your professionalism, kindness and attention to keeping the procedure sanitary and accommodating with my need for the ventilator."

"We are so grateful for the dental care provided by AccommoDental. It is a service that is needed by so many and has been very hard to find."

What Patients Are Saying

  • Am I a candidate for treatment from AccommoDental?
Just as we acknowledge that not every patient is a candidate for treatment in a traditional dental office environment, we acknowledge that not every patient is best-served at home. AccommoDental exists to provide accommodations for patients with medically-complex backgrounds, emotional concerns, physical challenges, cognitive impairment, or special needs. Please contact us to discuss your unique situation and hear our recommendation.
  • Which regions do you serve?
We are based in Buffalo, NY and visit patients throughout WNY. Patients living outside a 20 mile radius of 14207 must pay an additional fee of $2/mile for visits.
  • Can my caregivers come to the appointment?
Caregivers and family members are welcome to come to your appointments if you give permission. Consenting guardians must be present at initial appointment and in regular communication throughout treatment. Family members and caregivers can be extremely helpful during appointments.
  • Do you visit residents living in long term care communities?
Yes. AccommoDental can visit an individual in a long term care community as a guest to care for a patient.
  • Does insurance cover my treatment?
AccommoDental does not directly participate with insurance companies. As a courtesy, we can submit a claim to your insurance company after the visit to seek reimbursement for your payment to AccommoDental. Contact your insurance company to help you understand your coverage.
  • What are your fees?
The average initial visit fees range between $400 and $585 depending on services rendered. Once a treatment plan has been established, the fees of each visit will be disclosed prior to each appointment. Any visit has a minimum fee of $200. Additional procedure fees are comparable to fees in dental offices.
  • When do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. AccommoDental accepts debit, credit, cash and checks for payment. When a new patient makes an appointment, we will collect a $50 deposit over the phone to reserve the visit. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of the initial visit or cancellation fee.
  • What is your cancellation fee?
Please cancel appointments with 48 hours notice to avoid a $200 cancellation fee.
